Divertor monitoring pulses (DiMPle) have been run in JET from the C35 campaign onwards. They provide an opportunity to study impurity contamination of plasma when it is limited by different surfaces within machine, as well longer term behaviour impurities. In these discharges first on outer wall, then inner wall and, subsequently, X-point configuration strike point positioned horizontal tile 5 machine followed 6 and vertical 7.
